Show Pro was founded by Sam Dunn in 2016, starting with humble beginnings in Wolverhampton. What began as Sam renting out small lights and speakers to local events quickly grew into the full-scale, national production service we are today.

In 2018, Dom Cook joined the team. Sam and Dom had a long-standing friendship and working relationship, regularly hiring equipment from each other for years. It only made sense to combine their expertise and resources under the Show Pro umbrella, taking the company to new heights.

With their shared ability to problem-solve and tackle any challenge, Sam and Dom coined our core ethos: “We don’t do problems, only solutions.” This principle remains at the heart of everything we do.

In 2024, Show Pro welcomed Chris Wall from City Vinyl, along with the acquisition of City Vinyl’s stock. This move expanded our capabilities, allowing us to support our customers faster and more efficiently across different parts of the UK.
